These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all reservations made with La Discrète, a love room located in Troarn, via its website, a partner site, telephone, or any other means of reservation.
By booking a stay, the traveler (hereinafter "the Client") declares:
The terms and conditions are available at any time on the website and may be modified without prior notice. The applicable version is the one in effect on the date of booking.
The term "Traveler" refers to any person booking a stay or entering the premises made available by La Discrète. The Traveler remains responsible for their own actions and those of any persons they bring into the accommodation.
La Discrète offers:
The facilities available differ depending on the package booked (Weekday, Weekend, Midday).
Optional services are only included if explicitly added during the booking process.
Access to the ground floor and the 1st floor:
Includes the WEEK + service
Access to all floors.
Bathrobes/slippers + bottle not included.
For any stay of more than one consecutive night, the welcome bottle is offered only once.
The prices shown on the website are expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (including tourist tax).
Prices are subject to change without notice. The guaranteed price is the one in effect at the time of the confirmed booking.
In the event of a change in VAT, the variation will be passed on to prices without prior notification.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with each other.
Gift vouchers and promotional codes are intended for a specific customer base and cannot be used outside of the previously stated conditions.
The reservation becomes effective after:
All orders imply full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
The Client receives a confirmation summarizing: dates, services and amount paid.
Payment is made exclusively by bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard) whose holder corresponds to the name appearing on the reservation.
The user agrees to use a payment method that they are fully authorized to use.
In accordance with Article L133-8 of the Monetary and Financial Code, all payment orders are irrevocable.
Prices include all charges (water, heating, electricity).
Optional services are not included.
A deposit of €500 is required in the form of a bank imprint, automatically debited 3 days before the stay.
This imprint is not debited except in case of damage.
Without a valid fingerprint, access to the accommodation will be refused, without a refund for the stay.
In the event of damage, deterioration, loss of property, failure to comply with rules, nuisance or excessive dirt, La Discrète may:
A photograph of the damaged property can serve as evidence.
Before arrival, the Client receives a digital welcome booklet including inventory and instructions.
The Client must return the premises in their original condition, and be responsible for their own actions and those of any person invited by them.
Smoke detector present.
The absence of any indication regarding a carbon monoxide detector means that the Customer must be vigilant and follow the recommendations in the welcome booklet.
Strict adherence to safety instructions.
Evidence required. Final decision at the discretion of the Provider.
La Discrète may cancel a stay in the event of force majeure.
The Client will be fully reimbursed without any additional compensation.
Massage, photo shoots, floral creations or personalized gifts are services provided by independent providers.
La Discrète acts as a simple intermediary.
All responsibility for the performance of the service lies with the service provider concerned.
In the case of a booking via an external site, the terms and conditions of the partner site prevail for payment and cancellation terms.
La Discrète is insured as a furnished rental.
The Client is responsible for:
La Discrète declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss or damage to personal belongings.
The Client is advised to have holiday liability insurance.
The data collected is necessary for processing reservations.
They are kept for 5 years and are never resold.
The Client can exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion, etc.) via direct contact.
The content of the site (texts, photos, graphics) is the exclusive property of La Discrète.
Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
The internal regulations form an integral part of the general terms and conditions.
All reservations imply full acceptance of the terms and conditions and internal regulations.
Failure to comply will result in immediate termination without refund and application of any applicable penalties.
These T & Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the jurisdiction of the Provider's domicile.
